Cameron came up through commercial carpentry and site management, running large fitout and retail packages across South East Queensland before founding CFM.
He leads delivery, program and site quality — and he is the person walking your site, not a subcontracted project manager.
Fraser
Estimating, contracts & client reporting
Fraser spent a decade in development and contract administration, managing feasibility, procurement and consultant teams on multi-unit and industrial projects.
He leads estimating, contracts and client reporting, so the numbers you're quoted are the numbers you're invoiced.
On a CFM project you deal with a founder from first site visit to final handover. There's no layer of account managers between you and the decisions.
